Everyone is human, they can do the unimaginable in their survival instinct. Is the gap too distant from the wealthy and the poor that it’s extremely hard to empathize with each other? In the social pyramid, I probably sit somewhere in the middle. I can’t relate directly with the wealthy Park family or the poor Kim family, but the film helps me understand each of their perspective. It also clearly shows how everyone’s worldview is super limited to the kind of lifestyle they’re living in.
